Frost Cadenza for Arnold Concerto #2

Has anyone annotated Martin Frost's cadenza to the first movement of Malcolm Arnold's second concerto? I saw one person mention it on this board but, alas, there's no e-mail address.

Thank you for following through with this cadenza. I appreciate your effort, and while there's virtually no chance that I'd ever perform the concerto. I enjoy poking around in Frost's "writings."

Thank you. I know most of us can not play Frost's arrangements well enough to perform, however it is fun to play bits. If you can find the notes to his Ave Maria arrangement or Let's Be Happy, that would be awesome. But anyway, thanks a lot.
