A very recent issue of The Clarinet featured an extensive bio of Cahuzac. I'm not sure if it's on-line.

No, it's not online. Very few articles from "The Clarinet" are online (or what would be the use of joining?). Perhaps I can convince the ICA to put a members only section up someday ...
