Hi:
Does anyone here play a Selmer CL-210 (or 200/220)? It seems like a nice intermediate clarinet and I would like any feedback from anyone who has played it for any length of time. Same question would be asked for the Yamaha YCL-52.

never played the Selmer, but i tried out the Yamaha a few months ago. I liked it, but it had a much brighter sound than the Buffet I got, and it was about $300 more expensive (i was on a very tight budget)

I have never tried either but i decided on getting either the selmer 220 or the buffet E-11 and ended up gettin the e-11 because it was about half the price of the selmer 220

Corey,
You probably got the better of the two clarinets. I've tried all three and found the Buffet E-11 one of the best student-intermediate clarinets on the market. The Yamaha is a bit pricey for what you get, and I didn't like the Selmer at all.
Also, the Buffet E-11 will probably give you a better resale value when you're ready to move up into a pro model (should you want to do that sometime).
