Peter Hadcock's excerpts book for e-flat has the most comprehensive chart of USEFUL fingerings for the e-fl. that I have come across. I highly recommend it.

The Hadcock book is excellent, and I use it a lot. However, all of the fingerings from Bb should work about the same on Eb. Frequently, problems with pitch (generally flatness) occur due to reeds being too soft, or poor mouthpieces. My Eb tunes almost exactly the same as my Bb up to the top of the range.
