Any thoughts on playing kalinnikov symphony no 1 mvt. 4 on Bb or A clarinet?

It looks like the original part is for A Clarinet. Is there a reason why you'd do it on a Bb? Glancing through the part (I've never played it except as a band arrangement) the only place that stands out as maybe lying better on a Bb is the section in E-flat (concert pitch), but it only lasts a short time and isn't exposed.
