Ok so I got it back repairs, new pads and new keys and all and we found out it was mostly the Reed, I've been using a Vandoren 2 1/2 Sax Reed but then tested on a 2 1/2 sax Rico Reed and it became A LOOOTTT EASIER TO PLAY!! Like my Gasping for air is now gone, It plays easy but there's still one big big huge problem with it

The Squeaking hasn't gone away, sometimes it chooses to play good but then it chooses to Squeak, I don't know what's wrong, can anyone help?
