YCL34 intonation of Eb5

I have been trying to work on improving my tuning and one thing is really starting to bug me now that I'm paying attention to it-
the tuning of Eb5 is really, really sharp. I can bring the pitch down a lot lower by adjusting my embouchure, but I feel as though I am contorting my mouth because the embouchure I need is so, so way off what I'm using for other notes in the same range. It is less ugly when it's a D# which I suppose is due to my brain compensating with just temperament.

My question is, is is this a common problem with all clarinets, is it a common Yamaha problem or is it likely just me? Are there any other keys I can put down to flatten the Eb rather than relying on embouchure and voicing changes alone - although they do work I find them really difficult to implement in a useful manner.

The low Ab seems to be in tune - I don't own a tuner so I'm trusting my ears.
