I had the pleasure of playing the first three movements of the Fruhling Trio in a recital several years ago; I was able to get the music shortly after the Michael Collins CD was released (I assume this is also where you heard the work), but I don't recall from where. It was a facsimile edition.
This trio was just as much fun to play as it was to hear in the wonderful CD performance, and it is clear that Fruhling had a great understanding of the clarinet. I'ts too bad that his music is unknown, and that apparently likely to stay that way since most of it has been lost.
I hope you get to play it!
