brsmith's fingering will work buch better if you release the 2 fingers for the A when going to the C#, it's pretty well in tune, just a bit flat though. (Great on the bass clarinet). So the C# will be like playing the side key F# a 12th lower but using the register key. It's a bit more awkward but better in tune. Using the 1st finger as suggested above is usually the preferred one because it's easier when playing fast.
On the last page on my fingering chart on my website, I have trills and tremolo's for that, and the other, registers. You might want to check it out. ESP

PS. I just checked my fingering chart and noticed that I don't have that one on it, strange since I have just about every other tremolo and trill on it.
