I have little trouble reaching these notes on most any clarinet that I try, yet I have extreme difficulty on my own Selmer Series 10S II. Can't figure out what's the problem- any thoughts? ( Don't need any Buffet Mafia comments, thanks.....)

The notes of the extreme altissimo are not "standardized", and can be reached through many different fingerings. Some only work in certain situations, dynamic levels, etc, and certainly the type of instrument plays a large part.
Often the fingerings we think of being "standard" for the alitissimo are those that work most often for the majority of us, and that does mean we're usually talking about Buffets.
Tom Ridenour's book on Alitissimo fingerings might be worth your time. Better still would be to find another 10S II player who has sorted out fingering that work for them and adapt from there.

Another thought: you're using the same mouthpiece on all instruments, right?

A book I've found incredibly helpful for fingerings is Peter Hadcock's "The Working Clarinetist". He writes commentary about the general properties of each fingering and has a number of different options for most of the altissimo register. It's not quite as extensive as some dedicated fingering books, but I have found it to be significantly more useful per fingering than anything else I've come across.
