Yo back--give Greg Smith a call. His info is available under Sponsers. I recommend his work and products highly.

Hey wannabe -
Talk to your other buddy over there about Hawkins. He makes & refaces mouthpieces. Someone else already recommended Gregory Smith, other fine one.
Then check on over to the Sponsor's pages and find out about Jim Pyne, Clark Fobes, ClarinetXpress, Pomarico, Hite, and Knox.

I think the local shop is trying to take your money...I own a Kaspar, and a Hawkins...But the mouthpiece I am sticking with now is a Pyne Bel Canto...Just throwin out my opinion...

My Kaspar was refaced by Brad Behn, and my partner's by Lee Livengood. Both do excelent work. Met both of them a couple summers ago at the Oklahoma Clarinet Symposium.
