"I recently got a Lyrique which I like alot, but I've had to abandon my Vandoren M30 mouthpiece because I play flat with it. I expect that it's due at least inpart to my inexperience, but when I asked Tom about it he said that the M30 is pitched pretty low. I can play the Ridenour mouthpiece that came with the Lyrique in tune, but it's noticably more resistant than the M30 so I have to play softer reeds and my embouchure gets easily fatigued and I leak air."

You can get the M30 model in the 442 pitch. If you like the M30, then just get the non-series 13 model. Series 13 is the designation for A440 or "American Pitch". I believe the only Vandoren mouthpiece that comes in the series 13 model only is the M13 Lyre.
