The New Langwill Index, a book edited by William Waterhouse and published by Tony Bingham's of London; about $125.00 USD. Large libraries may have a copy. I have my own personal copy that I use to try & answer questions that pop up here on the BBoard.

Is it an index of all instrument makers of all instruments? Just clarinets? Woodwinds?
