 foiling your reeds

One may want to do this in the unlikely event that your ''ReedGard'' breaks and you are needing to safely transport reeds in your case without having the tips become damaged.

It's quite easy, although slightly fiddly..............

1/ cut appropriate sized piece of aluminium foil to accomodate one reed
2/ ensure that the leaves are perfectly flat
3/ place one (only) reed on the flattened foil
4/ fold aluminium leaf in half, and half again at 90 degrees
5/ gently press the foil to ensure that the reed cannot move
6/ and.......voila!......you have now foiled a reed
