Well, Dodger Stadium (like many L.A. venues) is a different case. It can take multiple hours to get out of the lot during a full game. People are willing to trade half an inning for two less hours of gridlock.
Disney Hall, not such a mad dash for departure. There, though, under the most crowded conditions it takes all of 5 minutes to exit the garage.
Hollywood Bowl, also not such a mad dash... because the parking is stacked and it doesn't matter how fast you get to your car.
The greater Los Angeles area should turn all its roads over to the people at Disney. One thing they really do well is move traffic efficiently. They can empty one of the world's largest parking structures (at D-Land) ridiculously quickly. The side effect of all roads leading to Disneyland would be an acceptable compromise.
