Case Dimensions, help quick please!

I don't have any time to research it further tonight and I really need to order it:

I would like to order an Altieri double case cover/bag, attache style (brief case, double pocket).

1.) What dimensions should I specify for a standard Buffet Double Case? (I ask this because I don't want to mess this up and so am double checking my own measurements)

2.) Ordering directly from the company, they say to allow 3-6 weeks for delivery, which is something I would rather speed up. Is there a faster means to buy? A guy I know here in Minneapolis is sold out.
