 Transposing Question

We are a small ensemble of three: clarinet, keyboard, and violin, and met for the first time last week. Our goal is to be able to play music together as a group. We picked out three songs to practice, all written for the piano. Since I'm in the key of Bb with the clarinet, I'm the one who must transpose in order to play in tune.

I researched a 2005 post on the subject on this board that was quite helpful in understanding what I need to do. I do have a few questions. Can I still get the "Circle of Fifths" chart from somewhere? Also, how exactly do I get to the sheet music section of the "Finale Notepad" program, that will transpose for me if I input the music at concert pitch?

Are there any additional tools out there that can help with the transposing? I have lots of music that I'd like to use with this group if I can figure the transposing issue out. Thanks for any help.
