In addition to the Opperman "Repertoire Collection" Vol. 1 & Vol.2 (published by Carl Fischer):
If you're looking for lighter fare for the cafe/coffee house kind of setting I would suggest you look at the many, many books of guitar/flute duets in all styles (classical, baroque, pop, folk, etc.). You can then transpose the flute parts.
I would also suggest the Piazzolla and Gardel tango pieces which can easily be done on clarinet/guitar.
