go through each note and check the pitch of each. Check each clarinet when cold, warmed up and very warmed up and make a tuning chart for each. Try altissimo registers as well, be careful not to play more than 15 mins MAX on each, because there not broken in yet right? And check for resonance and just plain sound. It would really help if you had a teacher or knowledgeable clarinet player around.
