 Cleaning Advice Please!

Hi all!

I'm sorry to ask this really!

I've been given a second hand clarinet, and it's got "grime" like old cork grease under the keys. I don't have a full cleaning kit yet. Is there anything that I can do in the meantime to clean the instrument up a bit? I've got a pull through and a cleaning cloth, but that doesn't really help with the keys.

Is there anything I should look for in a good cleaning kit as well?

Sorry this must seem really obvious to you!

Thanks in advance!

Flick
