Hi,

You should email Inscape Chamber Orchestra - they have something called "composers services." The service does exactly what you need, they set up performers, rehearsals, and recordings for composers who either don't have the resources (perhaps someone in a more rural area), or who just don't want to get it together. The service is not free, but you can email them at inscapeco@gmail.com.
