Matthew,
There are several places you could contact besides just trying certain individuals. Have you tried contacting anyone at Klangforum? Being as you are in Austria, this group would seem ideal and they're very good! The clarinetist you might contact is Bernhard Zachuber or you could just email the group. They have a website and I'm sure you already know of them.
You might also try posting to the American Music Center or simply send an email to the Klarinet emailing list, info found on this site.
The question most might ask is whether or not you have concert possibilities or venues for the work to be performed. Perhaps you teach at a college and have the chance to invite a performer(s) for a lecture and concert or something like this.
Being a clarinetist who does specialize in new music, I am sent dozens of scores by composers interested in my playing and the question is always the same as above, is there a performance opportunity or would I need to create one? I am happy to discuss things further off the bboard so please email if you'd like. Best wishes!
