 Thumb Rest In Peace

I always wondered why the average (stock) thumbrest is always convex on the thumb side. It might allow for some pivoting but concentrates the whole weight on one single spot. Ouch.

Got myself a piece of cork and made a concave thumbrest that spreads the weight far better. Costs nothing, works fine.
