"O mio babbino Caro" and "Quando m'en vo"
I have arrangements by Richard Stoltzman for piano and clarinet and play them often with my mother in law.

I don't know many, but I second "O mio babbino caro" and I like Verdi stuff because I've played some clarinet fantasies of themes of his stuff.

Even if it does not imply clarinet, my favorite opera excerpt would be the begining of of "Tsar's Saltan" by Prokofiev. Nicest tutti I've ever heard!

I'm not well versed in the opera repertoire but two of my favourites are the girl's duet from Lakme, and the boy's duet from The Pearl Fishers.
