My wife dearly loved her "G. Langenus" mouthpiece. Would anyone know if they are available or still being made? It is chararized by having a curved upper surface (Beak). Thanks.

the G. Langenus mouthpieces are no longer being made. i have seen a few of them on ebay but thats about it. they are indeed characterized by their curved beak. ralph morgan produces mouthpieces similar to this. infact i wouldnt be surprised if these are the mouthpieces that he originally based his designs on. i use a morgan mouthpiece right now and am very pleased with it. the shape of the mouthpiece is just right for my embouchure and according some people who have heard me perform my tone is dark and full. i have noticed on the junkdude website ( www.junkdude.come) that ralph is now producing a mouthpiece that is a replica of a langenus mouthpiece benny goodman used.
