Also try keeping your left hand fingers a little closer to the tone holes even though the holes are open. This little bit can affect the pitch markedly.

You might possibly need a different mouthpiece. My Selmer Bundy was sharp to incredibly sharp with the stock mouthpiece. I replaced it with a Vandoren 5RV and that brought it down to a manageable level.
