ww/bw-123music

I normally order most of my clarinet supplies from ww/bw and am wondering if the 123music.com is the same company? Their website is EXACTLY the same as ww/bw except the names are changed...has anyone else noticed this? Products, prices..the same..Even backordered items..same..
