One more for the list: thinking back to my high school days over a quarter of a century ago, I remember reading through a Concerto in B-flat for Two Clarinets and Orchestra by Carl Stamitz. I don't have the publisher information in mind, but I found it by browsing the stacks at the UC Santa Barbara Music Library, and most large university libraries should have it or be able to get it on interlibrary loan.
