Early 1900's, '10-30 ? Being "from" Lansing MI [years ago] , we had a Grinnell Bros. store there also, so your inquiry rang the bell. We had a similar question in '02 and my, et al's, guesswork [search our archives] was that White-King, Cleveland; Bettoney, Boston; or Conn, Elkhart could have been the maker of this "stencil" clarinet. A few months ago, Jim Lande, our "resident" metal cl collector/expert , posted a lengthy listing of metals, so look for this, possibly contact Jim directly, he is very helpful and will be interested.
