 Concerto for Orchestra from Azerbajian

We're playing an extremely fine (and rather difficult) piece of music in our community orchestra, Concerto for Orchestra by a composer from Azerbajian named Sultan Hajibeyev. It's scored for large orchestra, including three Bb clarinets (the third part switches to bass for all of two measures!) and Eb clarinet (with some prominent solos). I love this piece, and was just wondering if anyone else has heard it or played it?

Sorry, spelled the composer's name wrong, it's "Hajibeyov"
