Network Outage, January 28th

Hi Mark,

We are writing to inform you of a Network Maintenance Event that
will impact your Speakeasy Broadband service(s).

On Wednesday night/Thursday morning, January 28th and 29th 2004,
we will be performing an upgrade on the Point of Presence (POP)
through which your Broadband connection is routed. As a result,
your service will be interrupted for up to 4 hours, beginning at
11:00pm PST Wednesday night and ending at 3:00am PST Thursday
morning.
