 help with an older Noblet Clarinet

I've been asked to come up with some information on an older Noblet Clarinet. The only details I have are the serial number (#92388) and that the upper & lower joints are wood but the barrell and bell are plastic.

Can someone tell me what model this would have been, approximate value today and approx. what year it was manufactured?

Any help would be appreciated.
