I placed a phoned order for a bass clarinet stand on Monday, and recieved it the next day in time for my night gig!!! After complaining, in the recent postings, about an unexpected credit card billing for an instrument taken out for approval, I thought that in all fairness, I should report exemplory service as well. Just for the record.................
