 American Knight Clarinet

I recently aquired an Ameriacan Knight Clarinet, in excellent condition. The only thing that really needs to be done to it, is it needs new pads, and despritely needs to be polished. The only thing is that I don't know much about clarinets, and was wondering if it would be worth my time.
