info on a maker/player?

Hi all!!

I have Clarinet it's wooden, and on everything except the mouthpeice(the mouthpeice is leblance) has the name stamped on "Paul Magniere" Paris. Would anyone happen to know who this guy is??? If he is the maker ect....
