On my edition (1999), there is a text about multiphonics on page 175 and a chart on page 180 showing 6 note pairs (C/Bb, D/B, D#/C#, E/C, F/G# and F/A). There are also 2 partiture samples on page 181 (Domaines from Pierre Boulez and Raumform from Robert Platz) with the corresponding fingerings.

Reading the text which covers important details about this subject is essential. Another topics of contemporary repertoire are covered, like high notes and microtones. Good luck!
