 What is a Boosey&Hawkes 2-20?

Any info on the above clarinet would be appreciated. I think the number on the horn was 2-20, but I am not sure; it could have been 20-2 for all I know. I have an opportunity to buy one and I curious if it is a pro horn and what an estimated value it might have in proper playing condition. I am assuming that it has a large bore and if so, will this have any adverse effect on tuning with smaller bore french instruments?
