With this small amount of information, it will be impossible to determine the maker. There were hundreds if not thousands of small manufacturers over the years.

To get a handle on the type of clarinet (Bb, Eb, etc)

Bb clarinet - approx 26.5" when assembled with mouthpiece but no mouthpiece cover
A clarinet - slightly over 27" when assembled with mouthpiece but no mouthpiece cover.

Eb soprano - I'm not sure of the length but quite a bit less than 26" with mouthpiece but no cover

Eb alto - approximately the size and shape of an alto sax but skinnier.
