A free case is included, and the card holder is useful.
My first thought was made in Pakistan. Then, I noticed the seller is in India.

These clarinets are made in India.
I purchased one on eBay a few months ago for $15, and it's awful!
If you're looking for a decoration piece, perhaps a lamp, then buy it. They don't play at all.

Red cork? Or is that felt? Or all-purpose pad & cork material? My bet is on the latter.

The tenons are wrapped in red sewing thread as they were on woodwinds over a 100 years ago. It also will have the ugliest red rubber pads you've ever seen. The reason they last for many years is you can't make them play so you just hang them on the wall for decoration. I wouldn't mind having that case though. The case is much better built that the horn that comes it.
