Hey,

If you are serious and dedicated to gettin back into the horn, my advice to you is to go out and buy a book. There's so much material out there for all genres and levels of playing. Being an ex horn player you'd know some stuff so you should revise the things you already know and research what you'd like to start or repeat working on. Happy playing!
