 low A sax key

this is for Dave who wanted to know about the low A key on Saxophone. I have also seen a Selmer Alto with a Low A key, just below the octave key, its the only one like that I have ever seen. I wonder if it is valuable?

That's the Mark VI. It was a very limited run. I've only seen one myself, and it had tremendous intonation problems. It also tended to play a bit dark.
