Hi, In my high school band class we are playing 'How the grinch stole Christmas' and there is this part is music were there are triplets that go from D natural to D flat and back again. Basically from all finger to none, is there an alternitave fingering that would be more confortable, help would be greatly appreciated!:D

I'm guessing saxophone. In this case you have to practice transitioning smoothly between notes. This is a difficult transition I realize, but if you drastically slow the tempo down, you can manage it smoothly. After you are comfortable with it at a slow tempo, gradually increase until you are at the speed of the piece, maintaining the smoothness all the way.

Is it the saxophone?

If this is just a normal transition, then you have to practise. If this is a trill, two notes in rapid succession, you'll never be able to do that transition fast enough so you should use the alternative fingering for the Db/C#:

T123C#|123C

You can see this in the Alternate Fingerings section of the Fingering charts.

Start on the D natural with the regular fingering, then play the D# with your pinky. From there you can use your first trill key to play the D natural. Only do this if it's fast, otherwise it'll be too out of tune.
