Are Bestler flutes really good flutes? Is the sound clear and are they a higher quality? How do they equal up to a Yamaha flute? They are a good price but is the quality there?

Just bought one on e-bay. Acutually orderd a Laval but they sent me the Bestler. I'm trying to decide whether I should keep it or retune it for the Laval. Don't know anything about flutes so I can't give you any advice. It's for my childs band class-first year. I'm trying to find out information on the two brands. Is the Bestler also silver plated? Bought it for 120.00 but seller is willing to give a 20 rebate due to the switch-a-roo.
