 altissimo inconsistency

i've been playing sax now for a couple years and just picked up tenor 3 months ago. I've been trying to play altissimo notes so far i can only get F# and G but half the time i can't get the note out. Any tips on playing altissimo range? i'm using a yanigasawa horn with a Vandoren T25 mouthpiece, rovner dark ligature, and vandoren V16 #3 reeds.
