I play the oboe and have been asked to play the cor in my band, the only problem is I don't know the fingerings for the notes...can anyone help?
Thanks!

The Cor fingerings are the same as the oboe fingerings. The notes that come out are actually a fifth lower in pitch, so when you play what you think of as a G, it will come out as a C, but the music is transposed, so it is written as a G. All you have to do is pretend it is a very big oboe and play it in the same way.
