This is not a fingering query, but some of you might know!
I have been studying clarinet for a year. Now I've bought
a Bflat Trumpet. Will the development of a good embouchure
for the trumpet interfere with my clarinet playing?

Maybe in the beginning a little, because of the awkwardness of going between Woodwind and Brasswind, but, when I was messing around with Trumpet, and developed a good Embouchure, It had no interference with any of my Woodwind instruments, except when I just picked them up, cause I hadn't played them in a week.

Yes definitely.
But if you are not tying to become a pro, what it means? Nothing. Be bad as badness can be is a fun!

The Trumpet and the Clarinet embouchers are completely different, and the fact you have to buzz on the trumpet and not just blow is a nuisance, but I don't think it would conflict.
