 Clarinet tremolo fingerings

I am looking for the tremolo fingering for B flat (throught tone) to the D above that. Any information you could give me would be helpfull.

There's really no good choice here. It makes it tremendously easier though if you keep the right hand fingers on the holes just as if you were playing the D. i.e. Do not move the right hand at all. The throat Bb is played as A key + register key while keeping the right hand down as I already indicated. Coincidentally you might fight it makes the Bb sound a little better too.

While you can keep your right hand down and work your left hand to get to the D from Bb, you may experiment with the 4 side keys on the upper stack (on the right). As long as it isn't something prolonged, it shouldn't matter if the higher note is slightly out of tune.
