A benefit of working in our public library's bookstore is to view newly-received, contributed books from estates, etc. Yhis intriguing title [pub. in 1894] by Frank H Tubbs is likely available in older music-school libraries with vocal expertise, since that is its "forte" rather than instrumental breathing.
