Hello. I am new here. I recently acquired my grandfathers clarinet. He taught me how to play on this clarinet when I was five; which was 25 years ago. My father remembers it being around when he was a kid in the 1950's. Due to my homeowners insurance policy, I have to put a dollar value amount on said clarinet. It is in perect 100% working order.
I can provide pics to anyone who is interested.
Thanks in advance.
Respectfully-
Pete

I have a Pedler wood, [with oval marking logos] # P 15738, which I bot via EBAY for &100 [or less]. Its a fair player, I'd guess its from 1930-40s vintage, when the US-made cls were "fighting a losing [sales] battle" vs the French cls, the "best"?? So, unless yours has added keys/rings [beyond 17/6] and/or other "Name etc embellishment" on the UJ or bell, I'm afraid your value is also minimal. Play it, it may be quite good! Don
