Info??? from B&H forum.
Question: "I recently recovered my old clarinet that I used to play in school about 40 years ago. The serial number is 36364 and there is no model number under the logo. The only other marking is the number "A66" on the barrel near the bottom. Can you tell me the model number and year for this clarinet?" (David Lenchner)
Answer: "This clarinet was made around 1950. A66 means that it is tuned to A=66 Hz. It is probably a R13 clarinet because those did not bear a model engraving in the early years." (mi.webmaster@boosey.com)

There is no such a thing as tuning A=66HZ for clarinet (sic). IMO. Marking "A66" means: 66mm long barrel for "A" clarinet. Should representative form Boosey & Hawkes know better?

Please just use a URL - indeed, you included the URL AND posted the exact same words. A waste of time & space.
